Mixing jazz and classical music with a healthy dose of trumpet virtuosity and improvisation, celebrates the uplifting possibilities of trumpet performance. This musical collaboration features some of the most in-demand trumpet players in the San Francisco Bay Area: Dave Scott, Mario Guarneri, Erik Jekabsen, Mark Inouye, Mike Olmos, and Doug Morton - all accomplished jazz improvisors as well as polished classical performers.
Drawing on an array of influences and the character of each member's individual styles, TSG leaves the listener elevated, elated, inspired - transported to the place where Louis Armstrong, Maurice Andre, Miles Davis, and Rafael Mendez meet.
